Hi everyone,

Have you been given the job of organising the work Christmas party? Or are you trying to get your friends together before the year disappears?

I’m returning to Cairns this December with something new, and I’d love you to join me!

The Cheesemaker’s Table at Distil on the Hill is a relaxed, 90-minute experience filled with delicious cheese, surprising food pairings and live cheesemaking. Gather your colleagues, bring your friends or make it a festive date - then settle in and let me take you through the flavours.

We’ll taste cheeses paired with carefully chosen foods, explore combinations you might never have thought to try, and finish with a freshly cooked tasting of cheese made during my demonstration. You’ll leave with plenty of inspiration for your Christmas cheese platter!

Your $143 ticket includes:

• Guided cheese tastings with unique food pairings.

• A live cheesemaking demonstration and tasting.

• Dips, olives, bread and crackers to share.

• A complimentary drink on arrival, with more available to purchase.

Choose your December session:

• Friday 11 or 18 December: 4:30–6:00 pm

• Saturday 12 or 19 December: 12:00–1:30 pm

• Sunday 13 or 20 December: 12:00–1:30 pm or 4:30–6:00 pm

Coming with a group? We’ll arrange your seating together, across tables where needed. For larger group bookings, reply to this email with your preferred date and approximate numbers, and I’ll help you organise it.

Private experiences for groups of 25 or more are also available outside these scheduled sessions, subject to availability - just get in touch.
