We offer three distinct workshops: Haloumi, Feta, and Camembert. Each class focuses on the unique characteristics and techniques required for these artisanal varieties.
Are the workshops suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our hands-on approach ensures that everyone, from first-time cheesemakers to experienced hobbyists, can follow along and learn the fundamentals of the craft.
What is the minimum age requirement?
We welcome all age groups however the young ones (depending on age and experience) may be required to be supervised or accompanied by an adult to join our workshops. Contact Erin to discuss to discuss further.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
No, we provide all the essential tools and ingredients. However, we ask you bring a small insulated bag or esky to take your cheese home in.
Can I book a workshop for a group?
Yes, we offer private group bookings for schools and businesses, etc. Please contact us to discuss custom schedules and tailored workshop packages. Usually the minimum required adults is 12.
