Cultured Cheese Schools’ workshops are hands on, relaxed and designed for the beginner looking to have a fun foodie experience. Club Cheddar is a blending experience of various other already made cheeses that we mix, taste, blend flavours with and then press into your own little club cheddars to take home. During the Club Cheddar process we will also make Mozzarella/Bocconcini for you to also take home. This will be a shared experience with others but rest assured you will take your very own stretched and shaped Mozzarella along with your Club Cheddar. We will take care of the materials, all you need to bring is a willingness to learn and be ready to make your very own Club Cheddar and Mozzarella. You will take home everything you make including your blending notes from the day, please bring an esky with a block of ice if you are thinking of touring before getting your cheese into the fridge after the class. Included in this class is a Barossa morning tea, Cheese platter and tasting of Atze's Corner award winning wines. Classes are limited to 20 people per class and begin at 8:45am sharp.
All class bookings cannot be changed within 14 days of the class commencing or a fee of $87.50 will be applied to re book your class. We reserve the right to cancel this class if we can't fill the minimum amount of people required for the class to proceed. If this occurs, you will be issued a voucher code to re-book into another class free of charge. There are strictly no refunds.
