Home cheesemaking kit for Camembert, Feta, Haloumi, Creme Fraiche. Recipes are for 4 Litre batches, which in total should make approximately:


24 camembert

8 large blocks of feta

16 blocks of haloumi

4 litres of creme fraiche



Kit includes:

  • Cultures/Enzymes for the above
  • Maturing container - it is recommended that you have a separate fridge set to 10-15 degrees to mature your Camembert in.
  • 4 Camembert hoops
  • 2 Feta hoops
  • 4 Creme fraiche hoops

  • 1ml syringe
  • Enzyme and culture measuring set (smidgen spoons)
  • Cheese cloth
