Hi, I'm Erin Jones

I've been perfecting my art for 20 years, continuing traditions passed down over generations. From small beginnings my journey has taken me all across Australia with companies of all sizes, and now I am going to teach you the secrets of handcrafted cheese making.

Cultured Cheese School and Atze's Corner Wines have you covered, gather amgonst the wine barrels of Atze's cellar door for a relaxed fun morning learning the art of cheesemaking.

This is a great workshop designed for the beginner either looking to have a fun foodie experience or want to learn how to make cheese at home. Cultured Cheese Schools' workshop will set you up with the confidence and skills to make many different styles of cheese at home.

We will take care of the materials

all you need to bring is a willingness to learn and be ready to make your very own cheese. You will take home everything you make including the recipe and notes from the day.
We use Barossa's 100% jersey milk during the three hour workshop, Barossa coffee and cakes are on offer. When the workshop is finished enjoy a leisurely cheese platter and a tasting of Atze's Corner Wines.
